This award-winning wall mirror in carved and painted cherry has spline reinforced miter joints at the corners, and 1/4″ thick mirror glass. It can be custom ordered in other sizes and custom colors, and is also available in natural versions in cherry, walnut and other woods without paint. The cherry is FSC certified as sustainably harvested. This mirror can be shipped easily via UPS or Fedex.
This mirror design has won multiple awards, including a First Place Award in the 2007 Vermont Fine Furniture and Wood Products Design Competition. in 2003 it won the Member’s Choice Award and Judges’ Second Prize Award in the show Around The Looking Glass, an exhibition of framed mirrors at The Wharton Esherick Museum, in Paoli, Pennsylvania. It has also been featured in numerous publications across the US, including The San Diego Union-Tribune, Design New England magazine, the Palm Beach Post, and The Arizona Republic, as well as several blogs on design.
