Walnut Taffy End Table with Vermont Verde Marble Top

This end table features carved walnut legs, walnut aprons, and a table top made of Vermont verde green marble from a small quarry in Rochester, Vermont, just over the mountain from my studio.  Some furniture makers use marble tiles set into a wood frame, but this is a custom fabricated, full-tickness marble top, with a beveled and polished edge.  The walnut has a hand rubbed Danish oil and poly-varnish finish, and mortice and tenon construction.

This table is made to order, and it can be custom ordered in other woods and sizes, with a stone top or a wood top.  Other types of stone are also available; please contact me to discuss options.

This piece is within Fedex size limits for shipping.  To ship this piece, a $160 crating fee is required.  I build very rugged and well padded crates, to ensure it arrives safe and sound.  For a shipping quote, I would need to know your zip code.
