All of our chairs are custom made and can be crafted to your height, color and design specifications. The chair shown here is painted using black over red milk paint and features a simple arm rest and baluster turned legs and arm posts. We use only non-toxic finishes such as beeswax, linseed oil, and milk paint.
Our chairs are built from local wood and hand shaped while still fresh and green, which allows the grain of the wood to travel through the entire length of the spindles. This enables our chairs to have a very fine and delicate appearance, while still maintaining exceptional strength and flexibility that is not often found in mass produced seating.
