I own and operate a small wood shop in Essex, VT where I make custom handmade fine furniture. I have been designing and building fine furniture professionally for the past 5 years. My original designs are Shaker inspired, and I enjoy adding Japanese styles of Kumiko to my work. I also enjoy collaborating with clients to create a unique piece tailored to their style. I enjoy all aspects of making fine furniture, from the design to the build, to seeing it in your home. Pride is in every piece of furniture I make, and expect it to last a lifetime. I built my shop myself behind our home, and the best part of every day is when my children stop by to bring me snacks.
