The White Console is joined together with hand cut dovetail joinery. Only wide width cherry boards were used, and the sides and top were made from the same board, giving the corners a continuous grain pattern.
The front face of the console has a beveled edge, and to complete this detail the inside corners had to be hand carved to form a crisp miter.
It is made of American Black Cherry. It is finished with Linseed oil, Waterlox varnish and wax.
