A fun, one of a kind console table featuring legs and aprons with a painted, hand carved surface texture in black and white. The legs are made from reclaimed and repurposed porch posts that I carved the texture onto, and then shortened (and flipped upside down) to become table legs. The table top on this piece is a single massive board of sugar maple (hard maple) (16″ wide) from the Adirondack mountains of New York state, with a hand rubbed poly-varnish finish. .
This piece could be used in an entryway, or as a side table in a living room or dining room. It could also be used as a side table in a kitchen, since it has a nice large work surface for extra counter space.
36″ high x 48″ wide x 16″ deep.
