This traditional hand-dovetailed Newport Queen Anne dresser is made from cherry wood, accented with cherry knobs and ogee bracket feet.  Inspired by the Newport furniture tradition (circa 1750), this Chest of Drawers utilizes time-honored dovetail joinery of the top, sides and drawer parts.   Together with the mortise and tenon joinery of the carcass, this piece is exceptionally strong, durable and beautiful.  To view other custom made vermont dressers and other furniture such as my Tiger Maple Dining Table visit the Hawk Ridge homepage.
